What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Love 99 piece. If something is not quite right we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund promptly. Have questions about a return? We recommend removing your pieces before swimming in chlorinated pools or saltwater when possible, as prolonged exposure over time can affect the finish. A quick rinse and dry after occasional contact is perfectly fine. These pieces are made for real life, and real life includes water.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
We carry tarnish free jewelry and tarnish free gold jewelry options built for everyday wear. With regular wear and simple care habits, your pieces will continue to look their best. Avoid storing them in humid environments and wipe them down with a soft cloth after heavy exposure.
